About Nancy

Nancy Cuite has been a Real Estate Salesperson with several years of experience managing both residential and commercial properties on Long Island. Working with Laffey International through Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, she has a strong sales track record marketing luxury homes on Long Island’s North and South Shores. In addition to luxury homes, estates and waterfront properties, Nancy specializes in new construction, condominiums, cooperatives, and relocations. Using a personalized approach, Nancy identifies her client’s needs to help them navigate the sometimes complex process of buying, selling or renting in a non-stressful way. She consistently receives top quality reviews for her negotiation skills, professionalism, and commitment to getting the job done.

Having grown up and raised her children on the North Shore, Nancy has a passion for the historic Gold Coast area as well as upcoming neighborhoods throughout the metro New York region. Part of her motivation for a real estate career was her prior experience purchasing, renovating and reselling residences, which provided her with expertise on interior design, construction, décor, HVAC and landscaping. Nancy currently lives in Sea Cliff where she supports the Nassau County Museum of Art and Gallery 22 of Bayville, an enrichment center for neuro diverse and neuro typical adults. She also enjoys the local arts, walks and music.
